PDF Digital Signatures

PDF Digital Signatures use Adobe’s PDF Digital Signature mechanism to confirm the reviewing or the approval of the report by the responsible parties. For this, reports need to be exported as PDF files and are best used with an external document management system.

With PDF Digital Signatures, signatories are identified by Digital Signature Identities (Digital IDs) based on certificates issued by trusted third parties. Encryption and audit trail capabilities are also provided.
