TPM Unscheduled Configuration
TPM Unscheduled Time objects are used to inform the OEE Equipment Monitor object about when and why equipment, which had been scheduled for production before, had to be unscheduled again.
|A fully configured Site Configuration object is required for this configuration object to work properly.
To create a TPM Unscheduled Configuration object, in the ISA-95 Equipment Model right-click on the intended parent object of one of the types listed above ('The OEE Demo Cell' in the example) and selectto open the Create Unscheduled Configuration wizard.
Enter a suitable name and an optional description for the object. Then click the table icon for the 'Unscheduled Time Table' property.
Add a row for each period of time when this part of the enterprise had to be unscheduled, setting the start and end time and selecting the Reason and Detail from the drop down lists. Optionally you can add a Comment for this period.
|Old data should be deleted from the table to keep them as small as possible.
When you have entered all periods, where this part of the enterprise had to be unscheduled, click OK to close the table and Create to create the Unscheduled Configuration object in the ISA-95 Model.
In this example, the object was created for 'The OEE Demo Cell' so this configuration object is shown underneath this cell object.
To specify the TPM Unscheduled Configuration which shall be taken into account by the OEE Equipment Monitor, go to the Configuration Options section in the monitor’s properties and click on … for the Unscheduled Configuration Source to open the object picker in the ISA-95 Model.
