TPM Shift Configuration

The TPM Shift Configuration allows the configuration of multiple logical shifts, their respective local start and end times and their applicability with respect to certain times of the year.

This configuration object type can be created on an Area and Cell level.

A fully configured Site Configuration object is required for this configuration object to work properly.

Creating a TPM Shift Configuration Object

To create a TPM Shift Configuration object, in the ISA-95 Equipment Model right-click on the intended parent object of one of the types listed above ('The OEE Demo Site' in the example) and select Admin  New  TPM  Year Configuration to open the Create Shift Configuration wizard.

Enter a suitable Object Name, and an optional Object Description.

For Shift Configuration, click on the table icon to open the Shift Configuration table.

For every Shift enter a new line, providing the day of the week and time for the start and end of the shift. If the shift is always valid, keep the 'Valid From' and 'Valid To' columns empty. To reset it, right-click on the cell and select 'Default'. Otherwise the validity of the shift can be limited by setting these properties.

Old data should be deleted from the table to keep them as small as possible.
All times are to be entered as local times, not UTC time. The Timezone And Availability Tracker will convert them to UTC.
