TPM Not Scheduled
TPM Not Scheduled objects are used to inform the OEE Equipment Monitor object about when and why an equipment was not scheduled for production.
A fully configured Site Configuration object is required for this configuration object to work properly. |
Creating a TPM Not Schedules Configuration Object
To create a TPM Not Scheduled Configuration object, in the ISA-95 Equipment Model right click on the intended parent object of one of the types listed above ('The OEE Demo Cell' in the example) and select
to open the Create Not Scheduled Configuration wizard.Enter a suitable name, and -optionally- a description for the object. Then click Next to continue.

Add a row for each period of time which is not scheduled, setting start and end time and selecting Reason and Detail from the drop down lists. Optionally you can add a Comment for this period.

When you have entered all periods, where this section of the enterprise not meant to be scheduled, click OK to close the table and Apply to create the Not Scheduled Configuration object in the ISA-95 Model.
In this example, the object was created for 'The OEE Demo Cell' so this configuration object is shown underneath this cell object.

Linking the TPM Not Scheduled Configuration to the OEE Equipment Monitor
If no Not Scheduled Configuration Source is configured in its Configuration Options, the OEE Equipment Monitor will use the very first Not Scheduled Configuration object, which it finds when traversing the ISA-95 Equipment Model tree upwards. |
To specify the TPM Not Scheduled Configuration which shall be taken into account by the OEE Equipment Monitor, go to the Configuration Options section in the monitor’s properties, click on … for the Not Scheduled Configuration Source to open the object picker in the ISA-95 Model.

Select the intended Not Scheduled Configuration Object from the ISA-95 Model.

Click OK to confirm your selection and close the dialog and Apply the changes to the properties.
