Footer Panel

The Footer panel in DataStudio shows information about the system including the Core that the user is currently logged into, the user that is logged in, the current lag time and the number of User State Changes. When DataStudio is loaded, the Footer panel is visible and will remain visible when connected to an inmation Core service.

The sections of the Footer panel are as follows:

  1. Core: This section of the Footter panel displays the name of the Core object that represents the Core service that is connected to. Hovering over the Core section will display the Core path and the host machine of the Core service. Before connecting to the Core, this section will not be visible.

  2. Connection Status: This will indicate when DataStudio is connected to the Core service. It is always visible in the footer panel.

  3. Security: This section indicates the Security Mode for the connection to the Core Service. This will only be visible when DataStudio is connected to the Core service.

  4. Profile: This is the current profile that is connected to the Core Service. It also shows the authentication method used by the current profile to connect to the service. This will only be visible when DataStudio is connected to the Core service.

  5. Current Lag Time: This is the current system lag time and is always visible in the footer panel.

  6. State Changes Indicator: This section of the footer panel shows the number of user state changes. Clicking on the state changes indicator will open the State Changes Display when DataStudio is connected to the Core service.
