MassConfig Display

The MassConfig Display is used to perform mass configuration operations on the system. For example, creating or deleting multiple inmation objects simultaneously. All mass configuration actions can be carried out within the display but it is also possible to import and export MS Excel files and JSON files to edit the configuration outside of DataStudio. The MassConfig display can be opened from the Open menu (shortcut Ctrl+M) or the admin context menu of a model pane.

The menu bar at the top of the MassConfig Display can be used to access the Create Object Wizard. From here a dialogue opens and new object actions can be added to the MassConfig sheet (create, update, enable, disable and delete). Once actions are added, use the Simulate button to check the sheet for errors before using the Apply button to implement the mass configuration operation. Errors that are detected are displayed in the corresponding entry in the MassConfig display.
