View Menu

The View menu contains menu items that change the visibility or arrangement of panels.

Session Log

Shows the Session Log Panel

Arrange Models Vertically

Stacks the Object Model panels from top to bottom

Consolidate Models

Re-groups stacked object model panels into a tabbed view

Contains sub menu items for display arrangement

Show Display Navigator

Opens Display Navigator dialogue (see earlier section for more detail)

Next Display

Selects the next display and moves it to the foreground

Previous Display

Selects the previous display and moves it to the foreground

Active Display as Window

Undocks the currently selected display and maximizes it

Maximize to All Screens

Maximizes DataStudio to all available screens

Move to Next Tab Group

Moves currently selected display to the next tab group

Move to Previous Tab group

Moves currently selected display to the previous tab group

New Horizontal Tab Group

Moves currently selected display to a new horizontal tab group

New Vertical Tab Group

Moves currently selected display to a new vertical tab group

Rename Display

Opens the Rename Display dialogue

Close Active Display

Removes the currently selected display

Close All

Removes all displays from the workspace

Many of the General Navigation menu items are only applicable under certain conditions (e.g. Move to Next Tab Group needs at least two tab groups). When these conditions are not met, the items will automatically be disabled.
