Dashboard Display

The Dashboard display is used to visualize Real Time and History data from multiple objects at the same time using a grid of tiles, where each object is assigned its own tile or series of tiles. The view on each tile can be configured to show different views for the assigned object (table view, trend view, faceplate view etc.).

Performance counters for objects can also be visualized on the Dashboard tiles by adding the object to a tile then using the performance counters tab on the Display Item Properties panel (accessed from the View menu, or shortcut Ctrl+F10) to select a performance counter.

The Trend view can visualize RealTime or History trends (or both on adjacent tiles for the same object). This is also configured on the Display Item Properties panel by selecting the Trend configuration tab).

The Dashboard display can be opened from the Open menu (Ctrl+D) or from the context menu of an object in a model panel (shortcut Alt+D).

Selecting Dashboard Tiles

Clicking on the icon certificate view 32 icon will load the respective object associated with the tile into the Object Properties panel. This can also be achieved by right-click on the tile and selecting _Load in Property Panel from the context menu (shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+L).

Dashboard Menu Bar

The number of columns and rows of tiles in the Dashboard display can be increased or decreased using the options available on the menu bar at the top of the display.
